Connect each account deliberately. WorkSuite uses the permissions you grant for the features you choose.
Gmail
Search and read messages and threads through read-only Gmail tools. No sending, editing or deleting mail.
Zoom
Look up meetings and cloud recording lists with read-only tools. No meeting creation or automatic transcription.
Lark & local files
Use permitted Lark conversations and documents, or explicitly selected local directories. Original local files remain unchanged.
ⓘGmail and Zoom connections are currently in developer testing. Provider approval and account eligibility may limit access. Installing WorkSuite does not grant access to an account.
Choose your account in the provider’s browser flow. Each person grants their own permissions.
The desktop integration stores account credentials locally in encrypted storage.
Content used by an assistant may be sent to your configured model provider. Intelligence v2 can send selected content to your configured Hindsight service.
