WORKSUITE
Terms of use
Last updated: September 15, 2026
Scope
These terms describe use of the WorkSuite website and desktop software. The developer contact is fatyansong@gmail.com. Individual service providers have their own terms and access requirements.
Authorized use
Use only accounts, workspaces and files that you have permission to access. You are responsible for selecting appropriate integrations, source permissions and model services. Do not use WorkSuite to bypass access controls or violate another person’s rights.
Software and availability
Features vary by release and platform. Gmail and Zoom integrations are currently developer-test features and may be limited by provider approval or account eligibility. Hindsight-based features require a separately configured service. Background work requires the application to be running; uninterrupted or precisely timed execution is not guaranteed.
AI output and source material
AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Review original sources and verify important results before acting. Source content remains subject to its owners’ rights. WorkSuite does not grant additional rights to connected content.
Third-party services and costs
Google, Zoom, Lark, model providers, Hindsight deployments and hosting providers operate independently. Their availability, permissions, retention, charges and terms may affect your use. This website does not sell a subscription or collect payments.
Privacy and stopping use
The privacy policy explains the current data paths and controls. You can stop using the application and revoke connected-service access. Uninstalling the software or disconnecting an account does not necessarily erase previously stored local data or copies held by external services.
Support and applicable rights
Contact fatyansong@gmail.com for questions or reported issues. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may revise these terms as the product changes and will publish the updated version here.
